I started my cleaning business in 2015 with vacation rentals in mind. After the first "season" I quickly realized the downfall of running a seasonal business. However, I discovered a specialized niche in the cleaning industry that allowed me to 10x my business growth and success!

That niche is post construction cleaning. My first jobsite was a $5000 clean for a newly built mansion on Florida's Gulf coast, 30a, to be exact. I was hooked! My next jobsite was a big brand hotel, and I've never looked back! I focused grew my business quickly and strategically sold my first location for over $100,000+ in January of 2020.
